Dashboard

The key page where you:

  • See at a glance your Revenue & Income development (KPI Boxes)
  • Review current Jobs & Estimates in progress
  • Create new Estimates and JobTrackers
  • All Actions commence from here
  • 5 main KPI boxes – positioned at the top of the dashboard and each KPI lists the respective $ values & # transactions within the current Financial year
  • Revenue – sum of all paid Invoice amounts
  • Invoices Unpaid – sum of all unpaid invoiced amounts
  • Estimates/Quotes – sum of all Estimate without converting to a JobTracker
  • Active Jobs – sum of all work in progress JobTracker amounts
  • Completed Jobs – sum of completed JobTracker amounts

Listing by Row, all current:

  • Active Jobs – each JobTracker (Jobs in progress), not completed
  • Pending Estimates – still under construction i.e. not yet sent to a Customer
  • Sent Estimates – estimates finalised and sent to a customer
